Very intuitive
Very intuitive, and the zero buy option is very handy indeed. While I'm unlikely to retire and become a trader, it is a nice passive extra.

Opening an account takes more than a month
Tried opening an account. They asked for lots of personal financial information. It takes them more than a month to process while i replied the same day to their their requests. This does not give me any confidence that they handle my information with care nor gives me confidence in future customer service requests.

The bux fee is in my opinion too high and was unclear at the start. Honestly.. i am a little disappointed in the app. I think there are better apps to do this.

BUX: User-Friendly and ESG available, but added risk to consider?
LOVE: BUX offers a wide variety of stocks and ETFs, also in the area of ESG investments. LOVE: The app is super user-friendly, and I've had the best interactions with its support staff. LOVE: The app does charge a rather high monthly fee, but deposit enough money and the interest rate will make up for it. COULD BE IMPROVED: BUX provides some stats on your stocks/ETFs and cash balance. These are, however, not really detailed, and there's no distinction made between cash and stocks in the general overview. NOPE: Recently BUX started with a passive income option, through which you can lend out your stocks. While the company mitigates the risk by making sure that “borrowers are required to leave behind collateral worth more than the loan's value to mitigate risk”, this sounds an awful lot like a 2007/8 do-over.
