Fast delivery and low price......that's all the positive I can say. I ordered a Samsung flip 4 and it came next day. Charged the phone and managed to set it up. Thought great! I managed to use the phone for about 3 hours and then it turned off and wouldn't come back on. Luckily I still had an old phone as a back up. Very disappointed that I received a subpar quality when the phone was described as excellent. They won't provide a refund or an exchange until they receive the phone and even then you have to wait 3 days whilst they asses the phone to see if you are eligible for a refund.

Delivered on time, had a slight fault once i reported it to them they paid for return no hassle and within 2 days was sent a replacement in perfect condition with no issues. Great customer service and with a money back guarantee within 30 days and a 12 month warranty you just know these guys are genuine. I will 100% be doing business with them again for anything to do with gaming. Thanks guys
