Lianne James gave me some great assistance in cancelling some finance issues that I never signed up for on an online offer. Someone else had given some personal details which resulted in some proposals being raised. I advised to cancel under a 14 day cooling off period which Lianne sorted and sent confirmations for within an hour or so. Great service in what has been a worrying time of potential ID theft!
