She was very patient and allowed me to gather all the required items/documents and explained to me that she would be ready when I was ready to complete the passport process. My mom was very ill during the beginning of the process so there had been quite a few days before I could FedEx everything needed to complete the passport renewal. Everything went as planned and I received my new passport in 1 week. My only suggestion, send an e:mail when the passport is received by processing. I didn’t get one.
