Lowest rating possible. I filled out all information consuming my time only to be told my state doesn't offer these services. Would have been nice to know before hand what states are covered. Don't advertise in states you don't serve.

It was a painless experience. Just answer a couple questions as to what medical issue you have. The form is then sent to an MD. And inside of a few minutes, you have medical permit to purchase MJ.

Process was simple enough. The issue I have is I was told by the dispensary and also via email I would have my original recommendation sent to my address. So a week goes by and I keep getting these emails to leave a review so I responded to one asking where my original was at. I got a response from Fasial. He said the patients at the dispensary I go to don't receive original papers...... I asked him why I was told by the dispensary and also sent him a screen shot of the email I received from the actual company stating I would receive a physical copy 3-5 business day's. I haven't heard from anyone since!!! Great response... I will continue to go to my regular place to get my recommendations from now on. Kinda need the physical copy to go to most dispensaries. They WILL NOT accept printed copy!!!!!

I was impressed with how quickly getting started was. When I received help, both young women helping me were knowledgeable, and efficient. I was there to get edibles. Being on oxygen I can't smoke. The only problem was when I got home, out of the three products I bought only one was the one I asked for. Seems they heard key words but not specifics, such as the flavors of cookies and the type of drink powder. Next time I will take a bit more time in approving my choices, and hopefully staff will listen more carefully. As I live 40 miles away it wasn't possible to return or exchange items. Aside from this all was well!🐱🐱🐱🐱🐱

Since you asked for feedback, I don't like being asked for feedback. If you want to know how you're doing, you have 3 avenues: 1. Pay attention. 2. Trust your people and process. 3. Hire a consulting firm to evaluate your business practice then do what they say.

I was required to purchase a MMJ Rec. to purchase flower at the Grove. I was told that this rec was accepted by all dispensaries through out CA. The first time I tried to use it at another dispensary, it was not recognized by San Diego county and would not be accepted or make be eligible to received the promised tax discount that a Rec would entice me to receive. I believe that I was scammed. Please know this prior to shopping at the Grove.

Amazing front door greeter. He takes care of everyone who comes through the door. Explains the process and a general overview of the products. Staff is well informed and spends the time with each guest answering questions and offering a variety of product to suit the medical issue presented. After going to a few other dispensaries and becoming educated about how to get the best product I declined to purchase with any of them due to their high price point. Coming to The Grove fully educated about quality product I found their price point to be far more reasonable than the previous three places I visited. I feel blessed to have this well run, well staffed, well informed business in San Diego county.

The experience was ok for a first time visit, but I requested an oil/topical effective for skin cancer/moles and when I got home, realized that they had sold me a topical for aches and pain. There are essential oils which are not good on my face and close to my eyes.
