On line ordering using the website was easy. The company promised next day deliver but used Royal Mail as a carrier. Royal Mail took two days. Not the companies fault but parcel tracking was not available so I had no idea when my package would actually arrive. I telephoned the company who confirmed its whereabouts. It is just a shame that facility was not available to me.

What can I say but fantastic!
