Fix and Fast stock some products that just can’t be found at the local DIY emporium, and available in small quantities when you have a small job to do. Items sent out quickly from stock, too.

I ordered on 23rd December, after the cut off for pre-Christmas delivery, and was told my items would be posted on the 2nd January with a 3/4 day delivery time. I received a message from DPD that they would be delivering on the 3rd, but they didn't show up. I received an email from Fix & Fast to apologise! It actually got delivered on 6th, which I was expecting, but the customer service was excellent. Really happy with the quality of the goods and will definitely be using them again.

Initially sent wrong bolts, but when contacted, immediately sent correct ones by 24hr courier. Good customer service. Would use again
