I have never done anything like replacing a screen on a laptop. I was encouraged to do it. LaptopScreen.co.uk's agent was on a chat and with the product ID and service tag the agent was able to find the exact replacement screen for my laptop. I am extremely happy with their service as replacing the screen with the wrong screen would not had worked. The screen itself is very high quality.
