I ordered a screen from this company and one duly arrived in good time and at a reasonable price. However there was a 'hot pixel' issue which would have been ok if it hadn't have been in the middle of the screen almost. I messaged the company and they immediately swung into action: They sent me a label via email to return it, and once I had provided proof of postage of the returned screen they sent another one to me which arrived within 2 days. The customer service contact was excellent and i was informed the whole time as to what was happening. Would I deal with this company again after this experience? ABSOLUTELY I WOULD!

Service Excellent. However it would have been helpful to have link to instructions for changing the screen. Dell instructions called for far more dismantling than was necessary.

Hi. I had to replace a digitiser screen on my 11.6 asus vivobook and had a good look at availability in the market place. You can buy chinese imports from Amazon and ebay from £12.00 upwards but there is no guarantee these will work and many repair companies will not buy or fit these products for you. Fortunately I came across this company who supply authentic parts so I ordered my screen replacement from them which has now arrived and been fitted. I am delighted with it and would advise anybody in a similar situation to me to invest a bit more money and buy an authentic screen from this company. I've asked a test before shipping for 0 default pixel. But I've receveid screen with 1 pixel dead. Laptoscreen just tell me to use a online soft to resolve problem ... but it was usless.. dead pixel is alway on the screen..
