The web site was great and I was able to locate the replacement screen I needed in no time. I ordered this online and it arrived next day very well packed. I fitted the screen no problems as it was exactly the right size with the right connectors etc. A great experience all round and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Bought my screen, got delivered, installed it, turned on laptop and it had been cracked right down the middle (probably during delivery). Messaged using their customer service tool on the website and got a quick response asking for some photos of the screen, delivery slip and packaging. Did that and quickly received a replacement screen in the mail. They dealt with my broken screen very efficiently, and if it wasn't for the slight inconvenience of having to wait a little longer for the replacement, it would have been 5 stars.
