I am so impressed with the wonderful customer service I received from Linda recently. I ordered 3 wind chimes and shipped them to family inside and outside England. She made the process quick and easy. Especially when one of the addresses was incorrect! She also assisted with attaching gift cards which I could customize. Great Job! Wonderful products!

Wow what beautiful sounding wind chime. First heard them in the lovely Japanese gardens in Cornwall and knew I had to get some. Really big. Not disappointed. Speedy delivery.

The Koshi chime came promptly and sounds lovely. My only qualm, and this may not have been down to 'The Wind Chime Shop', but there was a little chip on the edge of the bamboo veneer. Maybe checking the product before sending it out would be a good idea. That being said, I am happy overall with the product and service.

The wind chime is amazing, I searched for a wind chime for some time then came across the wind chime shop. the fact you can hear them is a big bonus, it sounds exactly as it does on the website. nothing else compares. The wind chime arrived 2 days after I ordered, excellent service.
