Ordered two chimes which arrived in reasonable time. Unfortunately one of the chimes was not what I had ordered, contacted to company who apologised for the error shipped a replacement straight away and told me I could keep the chime I hadn’t ordered. All in all I couldn’t fault this company as their service is brilliant.

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. Liked the fact that on the website you could hear the sounds that each wind chime made. Product was packaged nicely. Pleased with the quality of the product.
