Ordered a bag online. Was emailed to say it was out of stock and did I want a refund. I emailed in the affirmative as it was supposed to be a Christmas present. Three emails later I still haven’t received a response and certainly haven’t had a refund. Very poor customer services and no refund issued (this is now 6weeks later)!!

Great customer service. Bag arrived really fast. Quality materials. Materials mostly as described (sizing, compartment descriptions etc.), made with precision and care. The communication with the manager was perfect, delivery times lower than announced.
