So the transplanted area is ok, it has been 4 months and my donor area has visible scarring from the procedure, it will never look good cut short. I have asked for my medical certificate to see how many grafts were taken but they ignore my messages on WhatsApp. So in terms of customer support I’d say it has been quite poor which is upsetting. I had high hopes for this clinic.

My experience here was horrendous. I had Implants which turned out to be cemented in, not implants at all . On arrival home I was admitted to hospital due to the botched work . I was bullied into paying twice the original stated price .im a pensioner on a limited budget. They had me empty my bank and purse . Alex my coordinator is a snake , smiling in my face yet robbing me blind . I had to have all the teeth removed. Please take notice do not use this clinic . I’m now taking legal action against this company of scammers!!

Had an endoscopic brow lift. Biggest mistake ever. This clinic is not known for surgeries. I’ve been suffering from complications for the past 7 months and now I have to do a revision for 4x the price due to my vision being affected. Sad part is all my consultations are asking for the surgeon name or technique and they’re refusing to disclose any of the information. DO not risk getting botched here!

I am very picky and generally advice against going out of the UK for surgery however this clinic is one I went to as it was recommend. Transfer are excellent. The clinics are beautiful and really high end. The service and care was amazing, they are so hospitable. They made sure I was safe and they comforted me as I was scared at times. If you are thinking of having procedures done in Turkey, this clinic is my only option.

The clinics were beautiful and clean, the staff were professional. From the time of inquiry to the actual procedure, the staff were extremely communicative. The hotel was nice, the ride to and from the clinics were seamless. My transplant seems to be healing great, I’m just very anxious to see the final results in a couple of months. Do your research and don’t be afraid to speak your mind about your concerns and always ask questions!

Ich rate jeden von dieser Klinik ab. Nachdem 2 bekannte von mir total verpfuscht worden sind habe ich sofort storniert. Seitens Asli Tarcan kam, wir klären das mit ihrer Anzahlung in Höhe von 500€. Natürlich kam anschließend keine Antwort mehr wie auch bei meinen Kollegen mit ihrem verpfuschten Spenderbereich. Wenn man genau darauf achtet sind die positiven Bewertungen alle gleich… 1 Bewertung und die ist für asli Tarcan. Meiner Meinung alle gekauft. Schauen Sie sich lieber die schlechten Bewertungen an, alle berichten über die selben Probleme. Wenn Sie sich in YouTube schlau machen, werden Sie von selbst Abstand von dieser Klinik nehmen. Hier geht es leider nur ums Geld !!!

the professional attention received during my treatment was phenomenal and very easy to follow. entire staff never missed a moment with new patient’s attentiveness . this clinic is very clean bright and people friendly. the post care is phenomenal even after my return to the states i feel like my translator (Arte) is still with me watching every move i make for a successful finish . my experience was so awesome my return trip in 2024 to finish my procedure is already scheduled. thanks Arte and staff for making my visit memorable fun!!!!!!! It was a great to come here and do my hair transplant. The operation was good. I met post operation team Simge who explained me what’s going to happen for the coming months. She also gave me advice regarding what is going to happen after I go back to London. I met Nastalie who speaks Somali language and helped me and translated Turkish language to Somali which was very helpful. Overall, it was good experience to come here and I will recommend my friend to use this service
