Received a wrong product in our order, was fixed and charged for their mistake due to not taking the time out of our day to send back. Not sure it was the best way to fix it.

After being accepted(I think) as a…

After being accepted(I think) as a wholesale customer I placed my first order. After order was placed I received an email that said if this is your first order with Windship I would need to pay the first order with a credit card and that someone would get ahold of me for the cc info within 24 hours, well that never happened so after a week I called Windship to ask customer service about my order and if I was actually accepted as a new wholesale customer. The person who helped me in the phone took all my info and said he would call back that same day-that was 4 days ago and still nothing. I would not recommend Windship Trading Co if you are looking for wholesale supplies for your store. I work at a high end cannabis shop in Aspen Colorado(high end because we also sell Jewely and Rolex watches) and was hoping to get the same kind of high end service I give my clients in aspen but will continue to look for a company that will offer just that, outstanding service! Extremely disappointed with the service from Windship Trading!
