Not Happy At All

I received my kickstarter item today after many, many delays and very little updates from the company. Right out of the box, I had some issues. The lid to the device is very smooth and held on by magnets. It takes quite a bit of work to remove and access the inside area. Some raised gripping areas on the lid would go a long way in the future to make it easier to open. Upon opening the device, I noticed there was a cut on the sleeve about half an inch long. The quality control for this company must not be the best, and I'm going to see if there is a way I could get a replacement sleeve sent to me, but from what I've read, their customer service email response is minimal. For the heating, it takes some time for the device to heat up, the heat is barely noticeable, and it cools down pretty fast. I may end up just boiling the sleeve for a few minutes since the material should be able to handle that, and it should hold heat better that way. Lastly, for the vibration function, I would think that for something this bulky and expensive, there would be a moving vibrator, squeezing, swirling, etc. But it looks like it's just a small, stationary bullet vibe attached to the inner casing. The vibration is very minimal, and to be honest, quite boring. I had no problems setting up the phone app, and the app didn't give me any issues during the one session that I used it for. I will continue to test and hope for the best because I want the desired outcome to work and I've already paid for it, but the product, company transparency, customer service, and quality control leave a lot to be desired. Kickstarter Backer #897 -Erik R. ***UPDATE 9/20/2023 After the company response to my review, I sent an email to the "Customer Service" department on the 25th of August. It has now been almost a month without any response. The whole experience has just been a laughable lack of professionalism. ***UPDATE 10/20/2023 I still have not received a response to my initial email and have sent one again today. How this company has any 5 star reviews is beyond me. ***UPDATE 1/6/2024 I received a response to my email in which I sent a picture showing the damage. They told me that the picture had not come through on their end and a screenshot of what they see. For some reason, apparently all emails are instead sent to a chat system instead of an email inbox like any sane company would use. They recommended I download Whatsapp and send a message to them through that, but when I put in the phone number they provided, it didn't pull up as a registered Whatsapp account. I've sent another email with the same picture I sent to the first, but I'm not holding my breath on a resolution.

Absolute junk

Absolute junk. Waste of money. Dont open the box if you purchased it! You will not get a refund. Nothing but a glorified fleshlight! Its crap. Send it back or better yet don't even consider purchasing! No way anyone is satisfied with this junk. You just lost your money.

As a therapist working with sexual wellness, I do recommend MYHIXEL to my clients. It's clear that a lot of clinical insight has gone into the device and the training app. Evaluating the device, I struggled with the bluetooth connectivity and their support effectively resolved it. It's really refreshing to see a brand like this breaking down the stigma around premature ejaculation.

Top-class product for Health
