Customer service. Not a word to say. Very fast service. However, the packaging of my order is something else. Sending 4 big jars of vitamin in a bubble wrap, it doesn't seem very smart to me. My package arrived damaged but luckily there was nothing missing from my order.

This supplement is only available at Finlandia. My deliveries are always prompt. The only problem I ever had is a few weeks ago when I couldn't use Pay Pal like usual.

I ordered blue blocking glasses and paid for them upon ordering and have heard NOTHING. Very poor I think. Not even a time line....

Of the two items, I ordered online, I was informed prior to finalizing the order that one of the items would have to be ordered from the manufacture and delivery could take up to two weeks. I was fine with this. I then received a personal email asking me if I would like to pick up the in-stock item or wait for the ordered item and pick up both at the same time. I opted for the latter and within less than a week my order was complete and ready for pick up. Really appreciated the communication keeping me updated. Always get great service at Finlandia.

There was one item out of the six I ordered which would not be in for a week. I asked if they could ship what they had and I'd pick up the rest when it came in. They were super about shipping it right away and it arrived within just two days. AND on top of that, they offered to ship the one missing item when it arrived to save me the trip into Vancouver. I appreciated that offer as sometimes finding parking in Vancouver can be difficult. Thank you
