Very good salon software, and customer support.

I have used salon iris for nearly 10 years. They have so much time and patience, I can’t fault them or the system. Unfortunately there are now other systems available that aren’t as pricey. There not as in depth but adequate for a small business.

I set up a message reminders for my customers and all of them received reminders 20 to midnight.(should be 1 day before) I phone them to check what is going on. Technical support did not help at all, just changed settings to 2 days before and my customers received messages again 20 to midnight. Can't get in touch witch them ( no phone call answers). I thing they don't know how to even set up this software and options.
