Worst experience of my life

Worst experience of my life. No call answered received the SIM.. They have sent me ee sim.. and there is no account Active on SIM. Worst experience.. sending them emails is like banging your head with wall.They have sent me someone else numbers. Guys please stay away scammers.

Take forever to confirm order

Takes over a week to just confirm your order when should be next day for a very expensive item. (is usually next day else where) Asks you for bank statements when I’ve never had that before with any other companies 👎🏽 🚩UPs don’t even let you know when your item is out for delivery, just turn up at your door? (luckily I was in) says on there web they ask for signature.. didn’t ask me for a signature, though should really as I could of been anyone and they just gave the phone over x

Shocking experience, no communication from customer service. Certainly reconsider your thoughts if looking to buy from this company.

Great deals - awful website!

Have had an absolute nightmare with the AVS check/website. I can't tell you how many hours I've spent this week (every day for 6 days so far!) trying to figure it all out... there really ought to be more guidance on each part of the form! Anyway, I have finally cracked it (worked out all the not-so-obvious particulars re: name, address, phone number, home phone number etc.), got through to my bank's payment approval window, approved in the app (as normal), went back to the website (as normal), pressed the 'I have approved in the app' button (as normal) and the screen just refreshed and said 'your basket is empty'. It's as if they don't want to take your money! Sort your website out, please! The only other plus is they have been quite responsive via email. That's great and everything but I just want to buy a phone from you and it's proving to be impossible!
