So I've got to my free meal a couple of months ago with rose garden Chinese but am unable to pay cash on delivery as was per usual and that I could only receive my free meal if I pay by card,(which I do not have) and now i can not order online from my favorite takeaway because the option to pay cash is not available!, Marvin could not do anything about this.

Shockingly bad service. So dissappointed
Ordered food through this app tonight for the first time and paid by debit card. Received a phone call shortly from a girl who advised that there had been a ‘technical error’ on their side and the money paid was being returned to the account, but would take up to 5 working days. She advised if we still want the food we will have to reorder it through the app and pay again. I thought this was very strange and concerned, I called back and asked to speak to a manager. Only to be told that the manager only works Monday to Friday and I would have to call back on Monday. Today is Saturday. I explained the situation to the boy on the phone and he reiterated that although the error was indeed on their side and although I would not receive my money back for up to 5 working days - which as today is Saturday could be up to 7 days later, the only thing he could do is offer a 25% discount. Which we had already applied to the previous order that they just rejected, and as such, it is nothing special, definitely not a fitting compensation. As it stands we have no food and I am out €30. I am shocked at how bad the customer service is. If the error is a fault of the company, which they admitted each time that it was, why am I as the customer being asked to pay twice for this order!?! And why, on a Saturday night is there no manager on site to deal with these errors??? An absolute disgrace , I am so disappointed. And very, very hungry.
