I first Started with a advisor by the name of Anny Rossi and for the first couple of weeks things were good trading currency. Then by the third week ,she wanted me to put $10,000.00 into crypto currency. I refused and that made her angry and she said " I was wasting her time and has to fucus on bigger clients". I didn't hear from her for several days, which was unusual since she would call me steady. She called me on a Friday telling me to invest $20,000.00 in Tesla on that day because Tesla's stock was going to double in value by the Monday, because of the NEW AI Brain technology. Once again I wouldn't bite, she went as low as $2500.00 to invest. I didn't take the offer and she hung up the phone. Days later received a call from a Alex Rodriges and he informs me he's my New Adisor. Alex would call me several times a day and one day with various phone numbers, he said " his company was having a promotion and was offering they're clients 30%, so if you spend a $1000.00 it would add up to1300.00 When things are to good to be true, you know they aren't. After that conversation I had decided to close my account. Alex called me and tried to convince me not to close my account but I didn't bite. The following week he called be and attempted to close my account, I e-transfered $370.00 CA though bits & byes Bitcoin and in return I would receive two installments sent to my e-mail one for $700.00US and the other for the remaining balance. It's been a week and a half to date and I've not seen a cent!! Last Friday, I received a call from Kevin, saying he was my NEW Advisor (see the trend) Kevin in our conversation, told me I would receive my money on December 11/2023, it is now the 12th and still no transaction to my e-mail account. They all have the same playbook and when they run out of options they pass the buck!!! In my opinion they are all scammers and someone should look into they're conduct!! You won't see a single penny!! Now I'm on my 4th, so called advisor, Paul Katz and they still haven't given me what I want and that is my money!! These people are fraudulent. This is what I want send me a e-transfer to my Hotmail account! December 19, 2023, I spoke with Paul Katz, regarding the closing of my account. He proceeds to tell me that he didn't want me to leave Trade Galactica on bad terms and that he could make me $5000.00 by Friday, and that he would help me close my account right after. He was very persistent and didn't want to take no for a answer, but when I told him I just want to be done with it, he refused to help me close my account! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
