Perfect glass replacement
Nestor Martin Stanford 13 glass replacement arrived promptly (ordered at 2pm on Thursday, arrived by 10.30 on Friday), fit perfectly and my wood burner is as good as new. Couldn't ask for better service- would 100% recommend.
Great service
Great service, glass arrived without 3 days.
Excellent
Excellent. I broke the glass of my wood burner at 5pm on a Thursday night. By 8am Saturday I’d fixed it thanks to this gang! Measured glass, ordered online, delivered with excellent packaging in 24 hours- not a bad price either Be careful- lots of other companies on line look like these- similar sounding names etc but dont get the same excellent reviews Thank you for saving my burner!
Ordered replacement glass for my stove…
Ordered replacement glass for my stove from another supposedly UK company and the glass arrived 3 weeks later and was not the size I ordered. So ordered from StoveGlassDirect and had the new glass within 24 hours, and it fitted perfectly ! Will definately use this company again - great service.

Multi Burner Glass
Very happy has they had to cut the glass for my multi burner and even though it was the week before Christmas it was a fast and efficient service and arrived on the 21st December the price was very good as well
Excellent customer service
I had to order some glass and needed it quickly as the other company I had ordered from (with a very similar name) had let me down. They were very easy to deal with and sent out the glass which arrived the next day. I will definitely come to this company first if I need any stove glass in the future.
Quick and reliable
Quick and reliable. The stove glass came within a few days. (As a comparison, three weeks later we're still waiting for the glass from their competitor with the hyphen in the name.) Actually, the glass was too big, but I assume that we sent the wrong measurements. Unless we were meant to measure the aperture size rather than the actual glass size? I had to take it to be cut down by a local glazier, who said the glass cut beautifully after a single swipe of a glass cutter pen type thing.
