Fantastic service.i measured my glass wrong and I was immediately contacted by phone to inform me of my mistake even though it was gone eight at night.my money was refunded straight away so I could re order.my glass was delivered within a couple of days.if looking to replace your stove glass I would recommend stove glass direct.They genuinely care about customer satisfaction

StoveGlassDirect provided a new glass with zero hassle

My chimney sweep took away my cracked stove glass on 22nd October and promised to bring a replacement within a week. However, the stove retailer he used to order the new glass had two attempts at making a template for the glass and then had issues with delivery (my stove is an unusual make and model). Eventually, yesterday (NOVEMBER 22nd, a whole month later) I cancelled the order that the stove retailer hadn't managed to fill and I contacted StoveGlassDirect who put a replacement glass in the post on the same day. I received it this morning (Saturday) and it fits perfectly: I now have my stove back in action. Not only did StoveGlassDirect get my glass to me within 24 hours, but they were actually £15 cheaper than the stove retailer! Obviously, I have no hesitation in recommending StoveGlassDirect - the service is brilliant. Dena.
