They are full of actively good, naturally derived ingredients. No chemical nasties or animal derived junk. // 100% PLANT BASED XYLITOL: Yes, that's right, we only use xylitol to make our mints and gum taste nice and sweet. We know that it sounds a bit funny, but it's actually a clever little ingredient that helps keep your teeth healthy by clearing away bacteria and plaque in the mouth. Even better news, it comes from trees and plants. Hooray. // REAL PLANTS NOT CHEMICAL PLANTS: When it comes to the other ingredients in our mints and gum, we like to steer clear of stuff like artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. That's why we use proper British mint and real Sicilian lemons to make them taste so great. Plus we use tomatoes to give our strawberry pastilles their nice pink colour. // SUGAR FREE AND LOW CALORIE: Luckily, the xylitol that we use to replace sugar in our products has 40% fewer calories than sugar itself. This means that in a whole pack of Peppersmith mints there's only 36 calories. Plus, xylitol has a low GI of 7 so is suitable for diabetics too. // NO ASPARTAME. NOT NOW. NOT EVER.: Aspartame. That nasty artificial sweetener that's in lots of diet fizzy drinks. We don't need it to make our mints and gum taste good and neither do you. // BACKED UP BY SCIENCE: Don’t just take our word for it, we’re endorsed by lots of dentists across the UK and the Oral Health Foundation. *update 21.10.22 I've received a full refund now. Thank you Wayne for your help with sorting this. Hope that was just a one off problem. The mints are really very good. -------------------------------------------- Writing this review as I'm pretty frustrated with the lack of any customer service at Peppersmith. First of all, this review is not about their mints, they are very good, which is why I recently (1st October) ordered them again. The shipment must have gotten lost somehow, I can see on the tracking info that it says "preparing your item for The Delivery Group to handle" since October 3. Emailed Peppersmith regarding this on October 10 - no response. Emailed them again regarding this on October 13, this time requesting a refund - no response. Posting this here in order to hopefully finally get their attention. Did not want to leave a bad review as their products are great and mistakes outside of anyones control can happen, but at this point this is really poor service.

Hello, I am Sorry to say that I had a very bad and awkward experience with Peppersmith. I don't attribute it to any individual. I ordered for a chweing gum on 1 st this month. Even After ten days there was no any information available from the brand regarding my order except the first day I ordered.No responsibility on customers. Meanwhile I had to call you to know about the update of the order. Finally you cancelled the order, because you didn't do anything with the order. You informed me that you refunded the money to my account But until now it hasn't been credited to my account. Now I only have one request from you, please send back My full payment £ 20.98 to my account ASAP. In such event nobody can share the experience to be good. This is added after reading you response to my review. Peppersmith only contacted after ten days and it was only just response for my enquiry regarding the order. I requested cancellation because you didn't dispatch my order even after 10 days and you have no idea when you will dispatch. Is this a right way of dealing with customer? No any option for customer to track their product? Is it OK? Kind regards Rasheed Regards

I adore PepperSmith Extra Strong Mints

I adore PepperSmith Extra Strong Mints! I quit smoking a year ago and couldn’t have done so without these yummy mints! Tried to get them from Amazon but that was a nightmare! So just went straight to the ‘source’ - and hey presto! Much cheaper & quicker delivery & I’m happy to have my mints back, so THANK YOU! Xxxxxxxxx
