Ci sono stati problemi con DHL (quindi che non dipendevano da loro) e il venditore è sempre stato comprensivo e gentilissimo. Mi ha aiutato in ogni modo possibile! La spada corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione ed è veramente bella! consigliato!

Das Produkt ist zerkratzt
Das Produkt ist zerkratzt, sowohl der Handgriff als auch der Lichtstab. Die Verpackungen im Koffer waren zerissen, als hätte das jemand bereits geöffnet. Für 800 Euro absolut inakzeptabel. Ich muss das Produkt reklamieren.
