Excellent product and service

I needed to replace 3 Pyronix PIR detectors on my intruder alarm system. This manufacturer has many models but found a lot of information on Connectec website. This made choosing the best model easy. The prices are very competitive and the carriage charge was reasonable. Delivery was Royal Mail 48 hour and tracking and communication was good. Very pleased with the deal and service. Would certainly recommend and will use again.

Ordered a replacement siren box battery. Genuine and quality part promptly supplied.

I needed a replacement battery, which was obviously not going to be available at the local supermarket, for an alarm remote and found exactly what I wanted at Connectec. I bought two as the battery in the second remote will undoubtedly need replacement in the next few weeks. They were delivered promptly and well within the timescale advised. I will use them again when the need arises.

Bought a stand off bracket and clamps for a TV aerial... the bracket was extremely sturdy with a heavy duty galvanised finish that should last for years. The clamps were also well made heavy duty components so all good. Communication was excellent as was delivery time so recommended.
