I was pleased with the delivery of our order which was very quick. The doorbell camera was a refurbished doorbell camera, a EZVIZ DB1C. I had expected, being refurbished, the item to be in some way damaged, it was not the cardboard was torn inside the box and the drill bit was missing but other than that everything was fine. I shall review the product elsewhere which is another story.

Had a problem with a component that I order about 4 years but had not got around to using yet. The manufacturer’s warranty had long since expired, but having spoken to Paul about the problem, he agreed to replace the part free of charge which arrived the next day.
