Horrible experience

Horrible experience, especially customer service. I had a client who was stranded waiting on a part for 5 days and instead of fixing the order they cancelled it. Please be aware of Letitia Malone this lady was super rude to us and she’s the manager at this company.

The customer service is horrendous

The customer service is horrendous! I placed an order over $800 but my tracking number wasn’t working. I called to check on the order at 10:30 - I spoke with Lisa and Laura who promised they would email or call me back but never received anything. I called back numerous times to talk to a supervisor. Finally got on the phone with Letitia Malone, who was more rude than the other representatives. She advised me the order was cancelled on their end due to being fraudulent /flag during the confirmation process. She advised me that I received an email stating this - which I did not - I received in our hour before talking to her so they lied. Letitia not want to help find a solution she kept saying it’s not their problem and I have to re purchase item and wait another 5 plus days for review and to be shipped. I asked for her to place the order on the her end and to expedite it since I need the parts for my rv and my family is stranded. She denied this request then the rv mechanic got on the phone - as he was the one who sent us to this company to buy the parts directly. He just wanted to figure out the issue so this doesn’t happen again to future customers he sends to this company. Letitia still not wanting to help with the poor customer service and cancellation of order then proceeded to tell us to write a review, not her problem and hung up. Please do not waste your time or money - they state they don’t charge the card until the order has been placed but I have a pending charge for the total amount. The customer service is terrible and they do not want to help you!! No communicate and just rude!

THEY DON'T HONOR BACKORDERS

I ordered 3 items, two were sent and one was put on backorder. Well they didn't put it on backorder, they never intended to ship it. I have not received the last item because they don't want to pay the shipping charges. So now the other two items cost me more per item because of this deceit. BEWARE, IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM AND SOMETHING DOESN'T COME AND THEY PUT IT ON BACKORDER YOU WILL NOT GET THAT ITEM. THEY WILL JUST FORGET ABOUT YOU!!! BEWARE OF THIS BAD COMPANY. Not to mention one of the items was wrong too. This place was a very bad experience. STAY AWAY, ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS MUST BE FAKE!!!

Received the bullet connectors timely, but unfortunately didn't receive the 40 amp breaker in time to make the trip to Mexico

Crazy, three weeks to deliver two small fuses!

It took three weeks to deliver two small 5 amp self resetting fuses that fit into a small envelope, and with a $9.98 charge for delivery! That’s unreasonable and I will never order from you again!
