Unfortunately your system went down so I am still waiting for my Order.

The snips are junk, obviously made off shore. The are not worth a third of the price. I know it’s the way of the world resell the Chinese scrap for big bucks. My next order will be my last if the poor quality continues.

1. Consistent shipping method issues- for 5 months before being fixed (Net 30 account) 2. Multiple invoices for a single order. 3. You make the customer ask for invoices (you don't send) and it takes 24-48 hours before they show up as an email.

They had it in stock and shipped it right away

order was placed May 31 and still not received! No communication, web site to track order has been down several days making it impossible to check on my order. Called customer service and was told to call back next week and MAYBE the system wouuld be back up. Not aceptable!
