Customer service is very spotty

Customer service is very spotty. My order was done incorrectly and they blamed it on me despite sending in the artwork with the requested information. I was understanding of their miscommunication but them never got a call back from the manager despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. I will not be ordering from them again.

Borderline scam, waiting for a real person

I have an outstanding order and have only been contacted once. Calling the number listed brings you straight to an operator or voicemail. I need to get into contact with a real person to check on the status of my order or receive a refund

Did not respond to numerous contacts…

This company was terrible at returning emails and phone calls. Communication very poor. The product ordered arrived late due to these issues.

People love your stress ball key chains

We are a bank in a rural area and give out pig, cow and chicken key chains at trade shows and events. People go crazy over these key chains! The imprint, though small, is precise and clear. Your customer service is good, and we've received our order promptly both times we've ordered from you. I wouldn't hesitate to order again from your company.

Fast and professional service

I recently worked with Nate from Stress Balls 360. He responded to all of my emails in a timely manner, answered all of my questions, provided accurate quotes, shipped my items by the date stated in his email (true to his word), and remained professional at all times (even when I was panicking). I will recommend Stress Balls 360 to other agencies and I look forward to working with Nate again.

Great Follow Up

I think the best customer reviews come in the form of re-orders. I'll be placing an order in the next few days. I did want to point out what I'd characterize as "exceptional customer service" in working with Nate. As a buyer its all about value first and communication running a close 2nd? Nate took the time to always return my calls and email .. even when we hit a speed-bump, Nate called. Can't ask for much more. Consider us Happy Campers

The stress drops are great for our new clients, new members and for local studio marketing, as well as events.

I really like the stress drops with our logo on them. They are great to give to our clients who become members and also for our employees. We use them for "swag" at the many events we attend to promote our business. I only wish they came in the color green too. Right now we get blue and red, but our business colors are all three, so it would be even better.
