I had a very good experince with them from start to finish. I used them before for a different appliance. Now I had a Miele dishwahser that keeped tripping the fuse. The booking was very easy.Engineer came, done a diagnostic and found that there was a leak from the dishwahser causing all of the trouble. The leak was coming from some plastic hose/tube. They order it from Gemrmany 5 days later emfineer returned and replace the tube. Now everything is working fine I will recommend their service
Terrible untrustworthy
Called them to fix my washing machine based on reviews on check trade ( I can only assume fake reviews). They came out quickly took the £70 call out fee then after that never heard from them. I had to call and chase every day for 2 further weeks every day I was told the parts still no available. I went online myself and found a supplier that could supply in 48 hours. Told them I’d get the part myself and they could fit it, suddenly they advised they could get a part that week again did not turn up. I chased again finally after chasing daily and being without a machine for 3 weeks they fixed it. Who knows how long the repair will last. Would never recommend them to anyone.
Unhappy Appliance
I called Happy Appliances to fix my dishwasher, after reading so many glowing reviews on various websites. I was initially impressed; the work would be guaranteed for a year and the engineer came out quickly and was punctual. The leak appeared to be fixed but, sadly, re-occurred within a few weeks of the visit. The engineer returned and informed me that a new part would be required, and the 'office' would be in touch with a quote. This was when the level of service changed. The office did not get in touch. It took three weeks of chasing (8 phone calls) to get a quote. I was told the part would arrive within three days but this was not the case. Over two weeks later there was no sign of the spare part and every time I called I was told it would be ‘ next week’. In the end, over 5 weeks after their follow-up visit, I gave up chasing them, requested a refund for the part (which I did subsequently receive) and have started the process again with a different company. I have since discovered that Happy Appliances spare-part quote was 35% more then buying the same parts direct from the manufacturer.
Terrible service
Engineer came out to do diagnostic and said a new control panel and thermostat needed and I’d get a quote the following day. Three weeks on and three phone calls later and no quote. Each time they say they’re waiting for the manufacturer to come back to them. I find it extremely hard to believe there is no other supplier they can go to to provide the needed parts. So now I’ve paid £58 only to have to now source another company and pay another call out charge r someone else to come and make the same diagnosis
Very professional
Engineer arrived on time. Find the issue with my dishwasher. Took about 2 days for the part to arrived and they fit it on the same Day of the arrival.

Really pleased with Happyappliances services. Arrived on time, quickly found the problem in my fridge Samsung. Took a day untill the new part arrive. Engineer replaced the part and now my big American fridge works again
