Given the Covid outbreak at the time , service and feedback were excellent , and information was provided in a timely fashion. Any queries were handled quickly and with clarity.

In terms of personal contact, my conversations with the team have always been very pleasant. Knowledgeable and very friendly. I am not that pleased with the actual performance, setting COVID-19 issues aside, and would hope to do better in the future. One other issue, is that I seem to receive emails from different people each time and it would be nice to be able to communicate with the same person. I have I feel built up a relationship with several members of the team and am not too keen on having to digress each time and start afresh so to speak. Hopefully constructive.
