I had the pleasure of discussing my life insurance policy options with the Lovely Estelle, she was professional warm and friendly. She answered all my questions and some! She should train people on what great Customer Service should be she is that good. It is very rare these days to be so lucky to be speaking to someone who not only has a great manner but who obviously thoroughly enjoys helping people and give the impression that she enjoys what she does, if there was a 10 ⭐️ option. I would give this to her.

Kelly Hough, who set up my new life insurance policy did an amazing job. Based on my lifestyle, she recommended hat would be the best cover for me and found me the best price for this as well. I’m always reluctant when I receive these kinds of calls but she was friendly, upbeat and after the health questions were asked and answered she used just the right amount of humour to lighten the mood. I think she is an absolute asset.

I was called numerous times as I don't answer number I don't know. Finally after establishing the number I spoke to lady who explain why the contact was made, who then referred me to Jason. We made arrangements to talk. But I unexpectedly had to go abroad for 2 weeks. Jason was patient making another date to talk that suited me. Jason was very thorough and helpful, I'm really impressed at his patients.He and I sure had an educated conversation.

He was kind and patient and was able to talk me through all the best options that would be available for me and my two young children. He managed to find me a new deal with the same insurer, the price stayed roughly the same and the benefits on the new deal were better than before.
