Cameron McFarlane provided an excellent service. Due to other commitments, where I could not finalise the upgrade, he assured me we could continue the call on another day that suited me. He was very patience with me and throughly explained each step of the upgrade. I was most pleased at the customer service he provided by making conversation throughout, often referencing back to personal information I had shared (son's name, place of work etc) it felt like I was being served by someone I knew who cared about my policy and benefits rather than a sales call.

Helen was incredible start to finish. My case is a little complex due to pre-existing medical issues but Helen was patient, understanding and lovely to speak to. It genuinely felt like she cared about me which is rare when you're dealing with insurance companies. Will be recommending her to anybody that wants insurance quotes.
