Jason was, very polite and although he had alot of talking to do he still had a great sense of humour to keep going but, always maintained a professional customer service approach.

Laura Niles was absolutely lovely, nothing was too much trouble, she explained anything we didn't understand about the questionnaire for the life insurance policy and also with the policy itself. She was very patient with us as we had some delays due to things occurring on our side. We were very happy with the whole service and would definitely ask Laura to set up other policies for us.

Phoning from different mobiles multiple times as it makes it harder to track them, eventually when I answered - apparently I'd filled out a form to talk about life insurance - not true. Reviewing the "reviews" here it's obvious that they are likely to be getting their employees to make up false reviews.
