Helen was fantastic at finding appropriate health cover for me and my children where other companies have previously failed owing to my less than straightforward medical and family history. She was able to clearly explain the scope of the policy and didn’t bat an eyelid at having to check some of the finer details for my son’s unusual hobby. Helen was friendly and reliable, always calling when she said she would which is rare these days and sets her apart from many competitors. I feel reassured that the policy that I have taken out today meets our needs and to top it all off, Vesta Financial Services will even plant a tree for me!
