We started using Goddards during lockdown and have continued to use them. I love the fact they are a butchers and you can talk to them so you get the personal touch. There are other online suppliers of meat products probably cheaper and I have used them but the quality and personal touch is just not there. Just received a winter Keto pack, which looks amazing.

The meat was well represented. Was so pleased with it.I will be ordering again.

I thought I would try a local butcher. Website easy to use, lady rang to arrange delivery. Delivery 2 hour slot given arrived nearly 2 hours early so lucky someone was in, not suppliers fault. Received meat that had the previous days date on. Rang to say I wasn’t impressed, was told person who packed it put day of packing on it not use by date. Surely that should have been checked. If you had bought it from a supermarket you would have taken it back.Never received as much as an apology. So lets hope when we actually cook the meat it isn’t off and not an expensive mistake for me to pick this firm to try.

Good experience ordering and customer services but in future to advise customers of delays would help.Appreciate delays inevitable for a variety of reasons but letting the customer know would have achieve 5? That’s before eating the meat

Prompt service, meat pack are good sizes. Not able to tell you about taste of this pack yet as for christmas. However, meat from this butchers is usually very good quality.

Quality of purchase is always great, prices are very good and communication about delivery is spot on and also delivered by a lovely friendly lady Thankyou xx
