lovely venue, nice atmosphere,was lovely to be so open and near to nature and the birds flying by while the service was going on. The only slight criticism was the fact that visual life screen should you choose to have this ( which was a very nice addition to add to the service) is over to the left rather than in the front of the seating, which would probably not be possible at this venue due to the fact they have beautiful huge windows, therefore a screen would obscure the forest view. All in all I would recommend this venue.

The crematorium is in a great setting, the main room has great and appropriate views of nature, and was a lovely venue. The staff were smooth and unseen behind the scenes.

It is always lovely there and the surroundings are beautiful. Trees and wildlife through the window underline the "life must go on" feeling

Beautiful setting. However the music was far too loud during the service. Quite inappropriate for a funeral service. Also really dislike that I have been sent a brochure trying to sell extras - not just once but twice! Both have gone into the recycling bin but only after causing me more tears. I’m grieving my mom so it’s already an awful time

The Oaks is placed in a beautiful setting and the whole aspect is relaxing and the experience was good, considering what we were there for.

Quiet, respectful, punctual, well run and provides peace of mind at a time of anxiety for those involved.

My wife and I have been too many cremations at the Oaks, and Barbara told me that this is where she wanted to be cremated. Very respectful, thank you.
