Everything about this transaction was brilliant. I was notified every step of the way, after ordering, regarding delivery. I also had a call from the lads who assembled the table for me, when they were 30 minutes away. I can’t fault this company for their communication and professionalism throughout. I ordered a couple of other products a few days after the table arrived, they too were sent promptly and with great communication. With online retailers being so plentiful it’s hard to know who to choose, however I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Liberty Games. My order was in safe hands from start to finish. Give them a go, you won’t be disappointed.

Communication was excellent after the order was made and delivery was much quicker than I thought. The guys who delivered the table were very knowledgeable and explained options for the markers with pros and cons. And the table itself has been a great success. All in all everyone from order to delivery to post delivery check in has been excellent and I feel confident that if I had an issue it would be resolved quickly. We have the dining table top and benches and the quality is excellent - looks like a proper dining table.

Bought the Stikeworth football table for my grandson. it was delivered promptly and assembled easily following the instructions carefully. great product family having good fun.

Dilvery was fast got it two days or so from when expecting it ,cue feels great HOWEVER if your use to playing with wooden cues it may take time to get use to as its fiberglass and the case it self is hard feels soild what you'd hope for in hard case will def get my billlard stuff from them again

After ordering a jukebox on the 04/03/2025, yesterday I finally received my refund, but it took many phone calls and emails to get to this point! The jukebox arrived and was faulty, therefore it was collected and sent back. Despite numerous promises to return calls and emails, this didn't happen and I had to chase to receive an update on what was happening with my order. What should have been a dream fulfilled with a lifelong ambition to own a jukebox, sadly turned into a nightmare. The communication between the warehouse, to the customer service department to the customer is appalling. If Liberty Games wish to remain in business, then this should be addressed as a matter of priority. I will now look elsewhere to purchase a jukebox, but have been left feeling very disappointed. I would not recommend this company at all.
