everywhere I go I tell people about you! I have to admit I have even told some pretty famous people about you because the amount of compliments I get on my glasses always makes me smile. I love the frame selection so much so that I think I may have 10 to 20 in my wishlist!! I always get 3 pairs when I order them because to be honest variety is the spice of life and your selection is too good to narrow it down to just 1 pair at a time

Size too small

I used the numbers on my old glasses and the new glasses are too small. The arms are too tight against my head and the nose bridge doesn't fit my nose, too narrow.

The WORST company I have ever done business with. DO NOT BUY FROM

EDIT: 1/26/25 The company has stopped replying to any communications that I attempt to reach out to them by, whether that's the text that they initially reached out to me by or by email still. I posted on their Facebook account and they blocked me. I only wish that I could share screenshots of my exchange with the customer service rep. EDIT: 1/22/25 THE COMPANY HAS FINALLY AGREED TO GIVE ME MY UNSATISFACTORY $70 REFUND BUT ONLY IF I DELETE MY NEGATIVE REVIEW. THIS IS EXCEPTIONALLY BAD AND COERCIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE. Initial review: Absolutely the most frustrating exchange with customer service I have ever had. At this point it's been close to a week and I'm still going back and forth with customer service trying to refund my order. I spent over $160 on three pairs of glasses. When they arrived, the frames are fantastic they're super cute and I love them. However it's the first time that I got progressive lenses and they were impossible to adjust to. Contacted customer service a few days of exchanges and emails and we figured out that my PD measurement was very off on my order, which is not their mistake. Initially when I contacted customer service all I wanted to do was get the partial refund, so that I could reorder my glasses without the reading addition to my prescription because I don't NEED that part, I can get by with just my distance prescription. Had that simply been done at that time I would have been satisfied. But that is not what happened. The customer service rep that I was talking to, seem to entirely ignore my request and insisted on me sending photos of me wearing each new frame as well as my current daily wear; which I reluctantly did. They then told me that none of the frames I picked will work for my PD and that I need to get smaller frames, even though the frames that I picked are about the same width/size as my current glasses or ones that I have had previously. I replied back to that email asking to confirm what they said, that I need to pick smaller frames because it didn't make sense to me, and how do I know what size I need to get since it doesn't say anything anywhere on the website or in the listings per frame about them only being for specific PD measurements?They then replied back stating that I could only have my glasses remade for free if I got the same frames. Which confused me because, first, that is not what I was asking for in any way or anything that had been discussed at all in any previous email; and two they did not clarify/answer the question that I had asked if I do need to pick different frames for my PD (as they had stated) and how do I know what size I'm supposed to get or why the frames that I picked do not work for my measurement. From the beginning of this exchange, I was ready to eat half the cost of what I spent (as per their refund policy on the website, glasses can be refunded for a partial refund within 30 days, for simply not liking them), and planned to reorder with the correct script that I want. At this point I don't even want to deal with this company anymore. I just want my partial refund and never talk to these people again, which is a shame because the frames are really cute.

Can not use. Prescription nit correct

Even thought I sent the correct information from my provider script the lenses I received are not correct. I can not see correctly and will not be able to use the glasses.

Quality of the lens and frame is good

Quality of the lens and frame is good. Communication was excellent all along they way inspiring confidence in the purchase. I got the narrow rectangle frame and think that was a mistake for a progressive lens. The transition is too quick and I'm not sure that I can get used to it.
