I very much enjoy my new glasses. However my other pair you sent broke and I was told I only needed to pay 15.00 to have them replaced. I ended up paying 99.00 and haven’t received a refund of any kind. Can you help please get me a refund?

My glasses all fit well and the prescription is perfect!

Ypu should have a section of glasses per " prescription" . I have a strong prescription ( -9.25, - 9.50) and even with à high index my lenses are still thick. I purchase several pairs of glasses and the frames cracked. Not sure if it was because of my prescription or because of the quality of the frames. My last 2 orders, i was Lucky enough to find à frames that was thick enough for my prescription; my lenses are covered and don' t stick out . I bought 4 colors of the Blair model. It would really really help if you could classify the frames according to prescription.
