Great service! Easy to use! The follow up service was wonderful and painless!

We ordered a (1) stand for our business and a week later upon arrival we were unable to assemble our product because one of the three boxes received (on different days) was missing a part. We called customer service who was short and rude to us. We asked for a rush on the missing part - we were promised we would receive it in 2 days. 17 days after our original order and a week after requesting our missing part - we still have not received our order.

Unprofessional. Late delivery and carrier calls you to refuse it verbally because of broken glass. Customer care responses with a laid back attitude. No response from info@display2go dot com since 2 days.

I am very happy with the 4 Tiered Magazine rack. It arrived promptly and was delivered in excellent condition. The assembly instructions are not accurate and should be fixed by the manufacturer, but I intuitively figured out how to assemble it correctly. It's very stable and spins quietly and smoothly when fully loaded For the comic book collectors who are wondering if this works as a (less expensive) reasonable facsimile for a vintage spinner rack; the answer is yes! Each rack can hold 14-16 bagged and boarded, bronze age comics comfortably. It's a nice addition to my "Nerd-Cave"

30"x40" frame purchased for a UK Quad movie poster. Not many options out there for a frame of this size... like the Displays2go one the best because of the shape of the frame's edges. Arrived within a week of the order (to Montreal, Canada), in perfect condition. Poster fits within the frame perfectly.
