Thank you for your excellent service in delivering the 2 outdoor displays that I ordered.. They arrived on time and in good condition, and we put them up on our 2 side doors the next day.. Your tracking system is very appreciated.

Our unit came damaged. We were disappointed. We called and spoke to Amy in customer service who assured us we would be taken care of. Two weeks have gone by and our request for a new unit has yet to be approved. We emailed more than 10 pictures of proof of damage. We called back and spoke to another representative after not having heard back from Amy and attempting to reach her by email. The representative told as it is waiting for approval. Nonetheless our disappointed has turned into frustration. We just want what we paid for and still have nothing. B Kacer

I still haven't received the whole order. Items were shipped incomplete with no communication that they were going to be shipped as such. I ordered the signs as a men/women set but we haven't received all of the signs yet but we're invoices for all of them. I've had to call multiple times to try and get it fixed. Still isn't done.

I still have not received info on the 2 panel separators that are 4 1/2" short! I also requested quite for 1 more panel.

The box that I ordered is just exactly what I wanted. It is small and unobtrusive and perfect for members to leave their contributions securely.

So I will say that I was amazed at how fast I received this item. I ordered it on Thursday and it came on Saturday. Super fast. It was very easy to put together. It came in 3 boxes. Literally took me about 10 to 15 minutes. I have a small studio and used it to put in my kitchen. It looks just like the picture but one of the chairs did come with small stains on it.

Well made picture frames for a good price. Shipping was fast.

I am very happy with the curios. They are very nice looking and we’re easy to assemble and hang on the wall. My only complaint is that the shelves did not exactly fit the inside hangers. Overall I love the way they look on my wall.
