Not the easiest company to deal with. Delays in shipping, lack of product availability, and lack of customer service make it hard to order. Also, my order was dropped off at an incorrect address and I felt that Displays2Go was little to no help with fedex or with sending me a replacement product. The product itself seems to be good quality.

Best customer service ever. Was unhappy with the first delivery. just rolled my eyes. but they asked for a review and I told them you don't want to do that and why. They sent new products quickly. That's what I look for customer service! we all make mistakes how we correct them is what's important.

Two frames were on the bottom of a heavy box not protected and the wood is scratched on them both. Did not receive a packing slip. Otherwise, this was a good experience and the order was received in a timely manner.
