Ordered case to hang cross in our GYM. Original came damaged and after an email, they replaced it overnight. Looks great. Highly recommend.
Completely unreliable - never again
Ordered on 2nd November 2022. 25 business days promised to ship out booth. There was some back and forth around art work - not an optimal process. We thought everything was sorted by November 16th. Then crickets - for SIX weeks. Have had to chase them multiple times. It is now January 12, and they have today told me we won't have it until around the 30th. Will never use them again. Strongly suggest if you have any kind of deadline you avoid.
Brought Back Memories
I purchased 2 screens from Display2go, and both served different purposes, The larger 120" screen was perfect for backyard movies, and the smaller screen 75" was perfect for video family memorabilia. Both screens equally supported HD with amazing quality without wrinkles! The purchases brought together my entire family.
Great clear display case
I ordered a display case from this company. It came in and was great. Except for one small problem. The connector on one of the panels was broken off. Contacted them by email and recieved the replacement panel about 2 weeks later. Great customer service.

Great impact at tradeshows and expos!
We ordered a large logo circle (double sided) for use in a 20x30 tradeshow booth. It was large, impressive, printed well with beautiful colors, and very eye-catching. At the same time, it breaks down very easily and could even be carried on a plane (checked bag, of course.) They even included white gloves so you don't get the cover fabric dirty. This was a good purchase and if I need more similar items, I will go first to Displays2Go.
Long wait for order
I love your products and they have performed very well over the last couple of years. The reason I only gave you 3 stars is that It took over a year to get a package of picture hanger for the display screen I had purchased. Every time I tried to reorder some addition hanger the prompt said that you were out of stock and that you would notify me when they were in. That took about a year.
Excellent Customer Service Follow-Up!
I ordered a few things however the shipping cost was expensive! I called the 800 number to speak with a representative about it. No satisfaction there. I wasn't happy needless to say. I gave a poor review. Then I received an email from a Senior Customer Service Representative. Oh my, did she ever follow through with outstanding results! Hence, a 10 Star approval in my book!!

I ordered 10 easels from Display2Go. 1 of them had a piece missing from the manufacturer, but I didn't notice it because I had not set them all up until we needed them and it was past the return date, and the item color was out of stock. Susanne Aubry, Sr Customer Service Specialist replaced it with a new one as soon as it became available from the manufacturer.
