First Class Service from Simon throughout the whole situation. Had originally booked but due to covid had to move on multiple times which Simon sorted each time with no fuss, but due to work restriction we had to cancel our trip. Booked a break with Simon from findagolfbreak. Unfortunately due to a combination of covid restrictions and one of our guys falling unwell, we have had to cancel. Simon was fast to respond, and gave options of refund/reschedule within 30 minutes of contacting him. I will definitely be using Simon in to rebook in the near future.

Excellent customer service not actually managed to go through with our booking due to covid but has sorted our deposit refund out immediately. Will be back to book with Simon again.

A great value break arranged by the findagolfbreak team. Good service, good food and the golf courses were excellent. Staff were friendly and gave good service. Social distancing was done properly throughout the venue and track and trace taken seriously. All round good experience. Will definitely use findagolfbreak again.

In this ever-changing environment Simon kept us up to date with how each change affected our trip. As soon as it became obvious that the impact of increased lockdown measures would affect the feasibility of the trip Simon cancelled and sent us a refund. Looking forward to when we can rebook.

Canceled Northumbria Trip 07/10/20 to 09/10/20 Simon was a pleasure to deal with, great comms, and offered a fantastic value for money deal, which sadly due to the Covid pandemic we were unable to fulfil. Rest assured I will be on the next planned trip hopefully April 2021, would highly recommend, and a nice guy to boot !

Sometimes its when things go wrong that you see the true side of a company. I booked to go on a trip to Northumberland but with all the Covid rules there was no option other than to postpone. Communication was fab throughout and a full refund given without asking. Now looking to book on the Gleneagles trip for next year !
