This was my first time ordering from Little Nutkins, and I would recommend them happily! Within hours of my order being placed I received an extra email thanking me for ordering from their small business and encouraging me to get in touch even just to say hello. It was friendly and a really nice touch, that instantly made me remember the company. I'm shopping for my first baby and have been a bit overwhelmed trying to find what to buy online during quarantine, but I feel relaxed and happy using Little Nutkins. The product and staff were great. I spoke to a woman on the phone and she was incredibly polite and helpful but I ordered the product on the Friday with next working day delivery and it didn't arrive until the following Wednesday. I understand the covid 19 situation but you shouldn't offer and charge for next day delivery if you can't 100% provide it
