Als ich den Kundendienst kontaktierte, sagte man mir, ich solle die FAQ‘s lesen, dort steht es drinnen. Mich hat aber die Verkäuferin nicht darauf hingewiesen, sonst hätte ich diesen Dienst nicht in Anspruch genommen.
