Liars from the start
Website says "Enter Your Post Code for a online valuation instant cash offer". Filled out the form just to get a report about how much houses generally sell for in the area and a 'we will contact you' response. So they mislead from the outset. Won't be wasting any more time with them.

Instant quote was ridiculous statistical unrealistic figures for current market and what’s been sold in the area- taking advantage of people in the extreme I thinks
