The lady performing my scan was excellent very knowledgeable and explained everything going through the process. After experiencing 2 miscarriages this made me feel so much better about my pregnancy.

Had a fab expirence at the Nelson Store! Went for a gender scan, had to do few different things to get baby to move and had no joy after half hour, the girl doing my scan was lovely, friendly & patient. They rebooked us back in for half hour later to try again.. went away for some food, drink an some sugar sweets to try and move baby and finally baby moved! Would definitely recommend for any kind of scan the offer! All staff were friendly and welcoming, even down stairs where they sell prams etc.

Lovely experience having 4D scan. Lovely welcoming environment. Kind and patient staff as little one wasn’t showing face and give me chance to move about and get baby moving to get good photos and video.

Highest rating I can give goes to this place. Extremely friendly staff, welcoming, put myself, my partner and his mum right as ease and spoiled us with 66 photos and 7 videos. Absolutely fantastic experience with our scan at 33+2 weeks.
